Double Settle, Discount Benefit Apply Immediately?

Hi all,

In a RftG 2 player game, when one double settle, if the first planet settled can provide a discount for the second planet, does that discount apply or do I have to wait until the next turn?

it's not a discount, but yes you will receive a card immediately after the 1st settle. You can use it to pay for the 2nd settle or even settle that card if it's a world.

Rix, I think they're asking if they can use the powers of the first world to help settle the second world. Like: if the first would is replicant robots (that is the one that gives -2 to settle costs, right?), then would that apply?

The answer, however, is still 'yes'. You complete the first settle phase entirely, and then your second settle phase uses the new state of your hand and tableau.
