Switch to real-time option?

so... maybe create an option to vote on switching (back) to real-time if you're playing in a turn-based game?

My group has switched a few games that were taking too long (and we didn't want to just give up on) but now it would be nice to come back together...

admittedly, if we just vulture on the game and play fast it seems real-time again, but that's not the same...
