How to continue a campaign in The Crew?

Post by enigmisto »

When you stop a campaign in The Crew, how do you resume where you left off next time you get together online with the same group of friends?

You can choose at which mission you want to start in the table settings ;)

Right, but that doesn't maintain your count of attempts on the earlier missions.

Relating to this somewhat (was looking for a similar question, but couldn't find it, so I will ask here) what is the success ratio to you ELO and level score for this game? I only played once, I had to go after ten missions, but after all that I got one point after 45 minutes of play. Do I have to log 75 hours on this game to get even into any arena setup? Or does this work differently for a team game? My exp w team games is lacking. I realize the first ten missions are pretty easy, but going in blind with this lack of knowledge, so I thought I would ask.

If you want to play real time you could just set up a turn based game with no time limit then come back to it whenever - if you’re all playing a turn based game at once it just feels like real time.

The "Propose a rematch" exactly does what you want.
[Go to your game history, click on the game of The Crew you want to continue, and then on "Propose a rematch"]

One of my friend selected "No" by mistake, ending the game, but after using "Propose a rematch" to start another game, it started exactly where we left, with the same number of points and everything.

[Most games have special rules for rematch. For example most 2 player games automatically change the first player during rematch.]
