Where to change preference on game rule

I'm new to the site. I can't seem to find how to access the area where I choose type and scoring configurations specific to Oh Hell

I'm sure it's under my nose here but

It's up to the person who creates the table. The options will be on the left hand side.

Other people that join the table, join the table knowing they will be playing with those specific options.

I thought I saw a place where I could set up which variation of scoring rules I would or would not like to play. May I am confusing that with the game set up.

I play Oh Hell but do not want to play the ones where points can be negative when you miss your bid. Just double checking there is no place to do that ahead of time.
