Just because I’ve read the bug report in the past, doesn’t mean I’ve got the link on hand now, or the free time to hunt it down. You can do the work as easily as me.

Only allowing 1 turn after drawing the last card makes the game too luck based. An early discard of 4, with the other pair at the bottom, is hardly the fault of the players, but in practice it is equal to discard of 5. When playing the physical game, a house rule of allowing players to retrieve a non-dead card from the discard pile after playing a 5 (similar to 1 of the options of flamboyant while still forbid players from reviving dead cards) can probably reduce the luck factor.
