I would love to give a gift subscription to family members for board game arena. Is there a way to do this?

Yes, you can purchase a Premium subscription at https://boardgamearena.com/premium?offer, you'll get a code to provide to redeem the premium on their account so you can even purchase it for them without knowing their account name/before they have an account created.
