'Official release' counts transition from beta too.
Look around other announcement posts for Marco Polo 2, Boomerang, Marrakech, and etc.
They were all available on the site as beta, but official announcements are made after getting out of beta phase.
I expect most (if not all) of 31 games to be beta games.
