Actually, I don't see how this could be interesting. The new version added everything the old one did, we have the choice among 2x2 layouts and one of them is the same as the former one.

The dev integrated all the good ideas we suggested to them, going backward does no sense to me.

Would love to have the old format back. My family and I loved to get together remotely during the pandemic and each time we played 2-4 games of Hanabi. Last time we got together we tried the new version of Hanabi and everyone hated it. The presentation was actively off-putting. We were gutted to lose our favorite game. If the option could exist to play it like it was, that would be great!

And fwiw, I appreciate all the work that went into the new version. I just wish the developers would allow us to choose the old option if you prefer. Why toss away a functional version that many prefer?

Saying simply having a version of a "stacked view" makes it the old edition is like saying everyone should be fine with Home Alone 4, as it's pretty much as it was in the first Home Alone movie...

Yes, I want old hanabi as an option. Stop saying that current updated new interface enable same gaming experience as old interface. It is completely not true on mobile. Playing on smartphone is horrible with new interface.

Maybe if you stop calling the most popular Hanabi interface as the old interface, then more old players may support you in getting the popular Hanabi as an option interface... for mobile.
