Name Changed

I was putting my makeup on when while i opened my favourite game website when I discovered an admin changed my name to some random numbers and now my friends dont recognise me and do not speak to me and some have even deleted me. This has spoilt my life and I have become depressed. I am unable to change my name to something else because it limits one name change per user but I never even changed my name, the Admin did and that for some reason counted as a name change. How do I get another name this is unfair.

I am not an administrator, so this is conjecture not official BGA policy. However, your original name (which was changed over a month ago, by the way) could easily be construed as offensive. Knowing how BGA operates, it is doubtful that there is absolutely no communication from them explaining how this case could be handled to allow a change to a name of mutual acceptance.

Like many people complaining here, you should have first contacted us, cause there is a real reason about your nickname change.
Please send an email to support if you want it changed to anything else that is appropriate AND available.
