Disconnected from server

Sometimes, during a game the BGA just loads and nothing happens, with my game clock winding down until I don't have anymore time. When I refresh (F5), page just keeps on loading, but nothing happens, no game screen.

Even when I'm connected to internet (as other webpages like youtube and facebook loads quickly), I get a notification that I'm disconnected from server.

Is this a common problem? I use google chrome.

I am also on Google Chrome and every 2-3 games I get disconnected. However, when I reload the page, it does go back properly for me (knock on wood that doesn't change).

I have the same negative experience. During one evening of playing, it happens on average 3 or 4 times that the connection is lost. The wifi indicator on top shows no wifi. Switching Wifi off and on fixes the problem. I need to restart the chat function to talk to the other players again.

I am playing using Chrome and a MacBook Air.

Any good tips are welcome because this is very annoying.

I am so annoyed at this site right now. I log on and immediately am hit with the disconnected from server message, which i continue to receive every 30 seconds. The site wont refresh and continue updating when i try to play a game, and i have tried everything to remedy it. Does anyone have any suggestions? I do really love this site but if this continues i will have to find another place to play games.
