I want to translate but my reputation isnt high enough.

Hi there,

A few months ago I joined the site and subsequently joined some games rooms without my knowledge. This in turn gave me a very very poor reputation. I don't work at the moment and would be happy to help translate but unfortunately I am not able to even though I am more than capable and willing. Is there any way that this can be overlooked as due to unforeseen circumstances I firstly didn't know I had open games on the site and b, well its what I like to do.

Reputation can be recovered fairly quickly (some would say too quickly) by completing games without going over time. You get 1% per completed game, or 3% per completed game if your reputation is below a certain point, but I'm not sure what that is. The reasoning behind the limit is to prevent abuse of the translation system for gift points.

As a side note, when you first joined, did you queue for the games in Automatic mode, then leave the page? The interface doesn't make it clear to new users in this case, but you will stay in the queue and will be added to a game even if you log out, unless you click the "Cancel" button for that game on the Play Now page.
