Just registered but no welcome email

Hi, I have just registered but I did not recieve the welcome email with my passwords.
I did get some confusing emails about already being registered when I first tried to create the account. Then only managed to access my account via. the forgotton password route.
I have checked spam and deleted folders but I have nothing.
