How do I know what Expert Mode and Advanced Variant do?

Advanced is round about and advanced city plans.

I have a suggestion.
Make a NEW option: at least one advanced goal card in advanced mode. plz consider it , ty.

BGA is not doing any house rules. You would need the approval of the publisher first
