Im a new premium user so I may be missing something obvious, but here goes.
I organize a game with 3 friends to play Oh Hell, and once in the game I click on microphone icon to start a group chat. That worked and all were showing the green speaker icon, but one person couldn't be heard. When they clicked on their microphone icon they were told they had to be a premium player. Any ideas what might have happened and why they couldn't be heard?
