BGA Studio's bug/suggestion report system

Hi,
The email we developers received in september was saying that Jurica would gradually work on evolving the games framework, among other things.
I saw in some threads advices to use the bug report system of the studio. Is this a recommended way to ask for new features for the framework? (I think it would be nice, because it would allow developers to vote for their favourite suggestions, showing which ones are widely desired, and which ones don't have priority.)

Another question: what can we ask Jurica, and how? Is he the one in charge of the studio@boardgamearena.com email address? (BGA's messaging system is very cheap and unconvenient.)

Yes you write to studio@... to reach him.
And bug report system for API bugs is the studio bugs link listed on the bottom on main wiki
