Bad Player - Cheater

This player repeatedly does this in Seasons. He starts the game, and then just logs off during the card selection phase, where there is no timer. So now I cant play another game without quitting. Several others have had this done to them by him. How do I get the BGA crew to end the game or ban him?

Who do that? Cause i never plated season once, so if i found him on one of my games, i could quit before game started or kick him if i am the host.
