When opening a table of turn-based game, fast paced, the interval of hours available is shown in what time? The player's time or a specific GMT time?

If you have 2 brake dice and one has a (!), when you are reorganizing how can you choose which one to use first? I don't see a way to do that. If you can't choose, is the (!) always chosen first?

I know you can't choose to avoid the LOC, but you may want the (!) to appear earlier or later depending on the gear where you want to lose control.

and how does it actually determine what gears you lose and when in the high gears?

I'm assuming there's hidden dice rolls happening for these?
Actually, when you are in a crash that have no possibility of crashing at 2, check in each tiles (they have some element in start and end of the tile (yellow orange or red)

Yellow damage you if you crash at 5 or 6th gear
Orange “ at 4, 5 or 6th gear
Red “ at 3, 4, 5 or 6th gear
