Eminent Domain: AUTO DISSENT

For Eminent Domain, can you put in an “auto-dissent” feature (as a toggle)? If I’m using warfare, I will always dissent colonize, and vice versa. Or if I don't want to produce/trade that game, I can toggle my auto dissent on for produce/trade. That will help speed up turn based games. Thank you!
