Thank you for all your work! The amount that you get for the small cost of Premium membership makes this website a real winner in a world of lockdowns and staying at home.

My one request for a change - PLEASE make it so that on Arena if you win a game you always get at least 1 shield! It's so frustrating to be in eg Diamond League and keep being drawn against Bronze opponents who you can only lose shields to and never gain them Thank you!

Quick question:

We will try to improve translations and support for pronouns in the next version

On a site that's translated into numerous languages like this one, wouldn't gender-neutral language be less of a translation headache than "let's support every set of pronouns that has ever been coined and ever will be coined in the future"? Your average cisgender person isn't going to be upset at being referred to with the gender-neutral "they/them" instead of "he/him" or "she/her", which is already what's happening on this site as far as I can tell, and if the result is a website that's easier to localize, he or she will completely understand. Even your average transgender person, if they identify as male or female, is more likely to be offended by gendered language of the wrong gender than by gender-neutral language. Gender-neutral language is plenty respectful of 99% of the population while being easier to translate; keep it simple.
