Languages written in Bold on profile

I saw that lately, some players' languages written on their profiles, are shown in bold. Anyone knows why?
I noticed those with bold are old users of BGA (account created like 2014 or before, etc.)

Languages used to have two levels of fluency. One level was that the user was fairly familiar with it, and could (mostly) communicate in it, but maybe not rapidly. The other was for being completely fluent in it.

Fluent was in bold, familiar not in bold. BGA then got rid of this distinction when setting languages on a player's profile page. I don't remember when or why, so can't answer those follow-up questions.

I might be mistaken, but I thought it had to do with the "age" of the player's account, on BGA. You, for instance, are written in bold, and you are from 2013 on BGA (this is just an example - I think all profiles made until 2015 have the languages written in Bold), while a player who started in 2016 (for instance), is bold-free )))

*ooooh, so maybe the change you mentioned, happened somewhere between 2015 and 2016, and the people who had fluent languages (in bold), kept everything in bold.
