Question about Mission 32

The commander has to give the tasks. Is it possible to give a person two tasks before giving a task to anyone else?

Yes, everyone (including commander) must take 1 or 2 missions in total, but the order they take them doesn't matter

Everyone must have the same number of tasks +/- 1 once all tasks are distributed.
