Hi,
there probably isn't an answer to this, but I'll try anyway... a group of us (in the UK) plays most Sunday afternoons. We have a concurrent video chat (using an external system, to reduce load on BGA).
One specific user seems to have a lot of trouble remaining connected to BGA most weeks, but the video chat (we've used three different ones over the last few weeks) tends to keep running throughout, reporting good connectivity. He has tried two different laptops (windows, I assume), using both firefox and chrome, but it always seems to be the same problematic experience.
(He has also had some other weird issues that don't affect the rest of us - eg last week we played "Welcome To...", and his screen was partially blank - it didn't draw the housing estate, but only showed the overlaid bits of the houses he had built. But he didn't take a screenshot, so we didn't report it. So I guess it's possible his browser is not fully up to date, or he has some weird extension loaded.)
Today, 6 of us were playing - 3 premium (though the user in question is not). Only this one user was having connectivity issues. And he was playing from a different location this week. (He didn't say where...)
The only other thing I can think of to try is to use a VPN / Proxy, to force a different route over the network. Or is Premium membership likely to help ?
