Replay from this move

Hi,

For the Poker Texas Hold'em game (currently in Alpha) that I am developing, the BGA feature "Replay from this move" does not work when activated from a game replay. It works fine (at least for me) when triggered during an ongoing game but not for the replay of a game that has already ended.

Is it expected to work for replays? If so, has anyone already encountered this issue?

Hi,
Indeed the "Replay from this move" button accessible in the game log is just for ongoing games.
We should look into stripping it for replays, as the replay navigation is managed with the buttons in the header.
In any case, this is not specific to your game.

Ok so it cannot be something in my implementation that causes the "Replay from this move" not to work? If so what should I do with bug reports mentioning this issue in my game? https://boardgamearena.com/bug?id=31738

Should I move them to "wontfix"?

The game referenced in this bug is still ongoing, so it's not an issue about the replay.
But I tried it and it worked, so indeed unless the player can provide details allowing to reproduce the issue (exact move he tried to replay from that didn't work) the bug can be closed with "worksforme" since we cannot reproduce.
