Browser extension to fix some of the issues

I've created a browser extension to address some of the issues with The Crew on BGA.

It's available for Chrome and Firefox

It adds several user interface improvements when playing:
• A discard pile to easily see which cards have already been played.
• Icons from the rulebook are shown on missions e.g.: dead zone, Commander distribution etc. with additional help text on mouse over.
• Changed the wording of the end of mission message.
• Styling improvements.
• Minor grammatical corrections.

Tested it, and it worked well once I changed langage (on firefox).

I can make it work in other languages, I just need to know what text it says in the log when the English version would say:

• "Player plays X"

• "Start new mission X"
