New 'Great' category for Carcassonne btw 400>500

So it's easier to find well matched opponents, introduce a 400-500 rating table restriction setting.

Love the site btw. Great work.

There's no reason to limit it to Carcassone.

Months and months ago. Any idea why it's taking so long? Would seem like a relatively simple addition.
