sincerely I dont know. It is the second time that I have reached that goal and in the first time I was not able to achieve it ... I suppose it is to do 2 parks in the middle street, but what else? what does the other icon mean? swimming pools?

the <--> means on a street.

there's 3 parts:

The mddle means pools
The right means parks. (The 2 inside the icon is misleading, but I believe just means 'parks' in general, the same icon is used elsewhere to mean just 'parks')

And the left means the middle street I presume based on the rules quote.

Well if you read the rules before, then it is simple. This is the advanced setting so it's expecting player to know what they have picked as a table option.
But feel free to create a suggestion for that and if many players upvote I might add a more detailled description

It's randomized with basic cards, but it's indeed here in the.advanced mode (not to.be confused with expert mode)
