4-color decks?

I'd like to add an option to show a 4-color deck in some games, and I've already made an image (though someone else could probably do better)

I took the image file from the Hearts tutorial, and wrestled with GIMP until I figured out how to recolor two of the rows.

but is there a way to add an option that only affects the player selecting that option? Or maybe include a new setting under the site-wide preferences? Similarly, I'd like to add an optional color-blind-friendly map to Lords of Xidit (and any other game that needs it). I reckon as changing the artwork would be easy, but I don't know how to make it an option that only applies to one player, not everyone at the table.

There are user preferences (see studio wiki about preferences) but they have to be modified per game (i.e. source of game), and game have to use exactly this sprite.

The other option is custom styling, technically user can create their own css in browser that will override any css in the game, I am not sure
how its hooked but its more browser feature. I think BGA has some hooks for that too

Yes, it would be easier on me if the admins added user preferences for 'four-color decks' and 'color-blind mode', but I usually try to do things myself when I can. I could just add a table option, that the game host could set; but then that option would apply to everyone at the table, not just the person who selected it.

I've only used CSS to change a page's layout. [s]Can CSS be used to straight-up replace an element?[/s] I could load 'cards-4-color' instead of 'cards', but that would only work for me, and I'd rather make that option available for everyone. - Apparently, yes, it is possible to edit the content of an element with CSS, but it's sloppy and a temporary workaround.

(Also, BGA uses BBCode for bold, but not for [s]strikethrough[/s]? That's... ok, fine.)

I know at least Skat and Grosstarock allow a choice of decks in-game, as points of comparison.
