I don't think it has been published yet. I don't think you can develop yet, so there's not much point in publishing it already, too.

From December to January, BGA Studio was in beta with a limited number of developers to polish things up. We are in the process of moving from beta to gamma
Anyway to answer your question, licences are discussed directly by email with developers registered on BGA studio.
The list is not very stable so it doesn't have much sense publishing it. Moreover, it would ruin the surprise of guessing the next game
