Creating a Variant of Martian Dice

Hello!

I am a newbie to the site but am part of a team that would love to create a variant of Martian Dice. Is there a specific protocol to go about starting the variant code, or implementing it to the site? I know that it sits with the original game in the end under game options, and be similar to Yams vs. Yahtzee on that implementation.
