Notification if new member joins group

Hi,

I manage an open group and sometimes I see someone joined but have no clue who joined.

In the beginning it was easy to see but now with over 60 members, it is no obvious to see who joined.

Is there a way to be informed when someone joins my group or to find out who joined recently?
