I have noticed that the 'consecutive victories'-achievements do not work when there is a game which was ended prematurely. In Carcasonne I now have 5 wins in a row, but in the middle there was a game in which someone left (so in reality there were 6 wins in a row). However, I only just got the 'Never 2 Without 3 ' and not yet the 'Killing Spree ' achievement.

Hi. Thanks for the list! Noticed there is one missing from the victories section: 100 BGA victories - 100 victories on BGA (+250)

Was that a multiplayer game?
When a player quits in 3+p game then all remaining players are tied, so the game does not count as a solo victory.
