I think that you are playing with the beginner setting on? Look at the game settings and switch to normal game mode.

I'd love to see that for 2-player games, but unfortunately for 4-player games it requires an additional Place of Power and Monuments from the expansion, so I suspect it won't be applied until an expansion is fully implemented.

Cannot find a better place to report this, but I am currently playing a game and I got dealt only one Mage at the start of the game. It is table 145268716

edit: Nevermind, apparently that's due to the beginner mode.

This is genuinely exciting people...I bought the physical copy of this game last year but we've never played it (we've been too busy playing with friends on Board Game Arena!)
