How to be a moderator?

So, I spend a sizable time each day playing games on this website, review games, report bugs, have a bunch of friends and overall, I am a paid premium member with a yearly subscription. I have reported bad behavior wherever I see them but I wish I could do more. I would like to apply to be a moderator on the website and was wondering how I could go about being one. I have held moderator positions on other websites previously and I am quite experienced in the role.
