We've been wanting it to be one of the "Most Wanted Games" that was voted on BGG. Since it is "not 7 Wonders" which is in the top 7, maybe it is one of the other 6, like Agricola!

Based on the number as a clue I would say.... Seven Dragons? Well is not a very well positioned game so maybe giving permission to BGA they could relaunch it.

Or based on the seven circles of the harbour could be... Le Havre. Please, please, please....be it!

I agree it is probably Takenoko.

With the help of a website I identified the second clue to be the chinese caracter "zhú", meaning "bamboo". And, given the first clue, I don't think it'll be Mah Jongg.
