When will the sandbox be ready to make games with?

I am not a developer, but would like to put Of Knights and Ninjas on BGA. I heard that there was a sandbox that I could use that would let me start making the game... Do you know if that is a thing yet?

It's already a thing yes, and couple of games were made using that sandbox. It's not that much used though, so it might be hard to find some doc.
You should probably contact studio@boardgamearena.com to ask about that.

Ok, that's cool. If I were to try to make the game in this, would a developer be able to put a few tweaks on it later? Or would it be only as good as the sandbox?
