Comments in the translations

Hello.

I'm not sure if it has always been so and I forgot or if it's recent, but the special characters (ç, è etc.) seem not working anymore in the translations comments, and are replaced by %c or that kind of stuff. I've checked and it was the same in Spanish (as in English --> French). To be sure, when you open the translations history, it's ok, but not for the comment appearing below the translation.
Can it be fixed? Not that it prevents the work or sth, but it's still not very convenient...

Indeed it's not very nice. Thanks for reporting this, it will be fixed with the next site release.

You can also (kind of) insert HTML into them, though it only works temporarily (others shouldn't be able to see it). Might also be something to consider.

As you said, it's only for the user entering the text, so not a real issue (database is safe from little bobby ). Might still probably filter anything that is not clear text here.
