Chat not working on mobile

Hi everyone,
I'm fairly new here on BGA and have been looking through the forum to see if I can see why the chat isn't working. I saw a pop up message saying because of the trolling, chat has been disabled for standard accounts. But I've seen people who haven't got premium accounts sending messages whilst playing on pc. Is it a mobile related problem then?

You are describing two different stuff here : the general chat and the in game chat.
You are free to use the in game chat, premium or not. It's the general chat that was restricted to premium members only.

What does "the chat isn't working" means exactly ? What are the issues you are facing ?

Right, I didn't know that.

I don't know if it's me or not but I cannot see how to send a message I've written in game. I feel stupid

Tap twice on "enter" (one "enter" is for a line break, two is for sending the message).
At least that's what I've read on another thread, I didn't tried BGA on mobile.
