When playing games with my friends everytime we start a new game we get a different colour. this can be very confusing. Would it be possible to add a option where we can pick our own colour?

That's already the case if you are premium, you can choose your colors in your settings.
It's not compatible with all games though

Unfortunately, if multiple premium players have the same preferred colours, some will not get theirs.

There is a suggestion so that everyone gets their own preferred colour:
