Bring back Dominion!!

I only found this website recently, and while I very much enjoy Puerto Rico and Seasons, I was dismayed to find that my favorite game of all, Dominion, is no longer available! Does anyone know why it was removed? Was it due to legal issues? Is there any chance Dominion will return?
