Minimum age requirement to be registered at BGA?

I know you have to be 18 years of age or older to become a 'Premium' member (which is NOT a problem for me).

Is there a minimum age required to become a regular member? I'm curious if I would be allowed to register my daughter (still single-digit years of age) at this site.
