Well, I can't help you there. But I can offer Hollandspiele's complex and subtle game of currency market manipulation, For-Ex, now available for alpha-testing.

This is an opaque, nerdy game that will not appeal to the average casual gamer, but will appeal to gamers who think 18xx games are lightweight. So dedicated, hardcore alpha-testers will be greatly appreciated. (And don't let my description throw you off, the game isn't actually that complex, but it is, well, a very nerdy game of pushing counters around on a currency board and calculating fractional gains.)
