Running my first tournament.

Please help me understand how a tournament works on here. I've created one for a sat starting at 1pm est with 12 people signed up for. It's round robin with the settings below. So what happens at 1? Does everyone get an invite to play, then after the game ends the next game waits for them to play, and so on? How long do users have to play their games?

With the settings you've selected there, all games will start at the same time, usually a few minutes after your stay time.
You'll see a pop-up asking you to join your tournament game as they are created, but as they're turn-based you need not worry about that.
You then have 24 hours to complete all the games.
