Every* game has copyright restrictions. For the games that are here, the publishers have allowed BGA to implement a digital copy.

Side note -- the games that require a premium membership to start are because the publishers require that, not because BGA wants to make this a pay-to-play site.



*OK, fine, games that are in the public domain (chess, checkers, mankala, senet, backgammon, etc.) don't require this. But every modern game does.
