Unstable game server

You probably notice that Board Game Arena service is quite unstable from few days. Multiple times, the service was unavailable, and some games were lost.

At now, we identified 100% of the causes of these instabilities. The main reason is that we have more and more players on Board Game Arena these last weeks, and this reveals some weakness of the website. We are now working to fix this as soon as possible.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused and hope you understand our difficulties.

PS: each time there is a server crash, we remove the associated penalties.

Yes, we thought we found the problem because the server did not crash during 3 days, but obviously we didn't...

This stability problem when 250+ players are playing at the same time is still our top priority.

All penalties has been removed.
