My wife was playing the other day and we got an important call and she had to leave her running game. She ended up getting kicked for inactivity - rightfully so. The next day, she was playing her very next game and our internet went out. When she came back online, she had lost 20% from her perfect score of 100%. The reason she lost 20% was leaving less than a month after her first *penalty*. However, the language indicated there was no penalty for the first violation - so this actually just double penalized her for her first penalty and if the first leave actually is a penalty, then the wording is very inaccurate.
Normally I wouldn't care, and I wouldn't care if it were on my profile for sure. But she doesn't play many online games and this one bothered her a lot because she really tries to be a good player. Is there any comment on why someone gets double penalized when the site claims a grace on the first penalty? Can she get this 'second penalty' reverted to be a 'first time penalty', which would actually correlate with a grace leave as the site dictates?
