Full coop: Bandido, Forbidden Island, Hanabi, Magic Maze (alpha), Solar Storm (alpha), The Crew, Tranquility, Yokai, Room 25 (less popular mode)
Traitors (XvAll): Room 25, Saboteur, Secret moon, Werewolves
2v2: Armadorra, Belote, Briscola, Caribbean All Fours, Innovation, Kami, Klaverjassen, Pedro, Phat, Pinochle, Sanatori, Spades, Tichu, United square
Temporary partnerships: French Tarot (1v2/1v3/2v3), Hungarian Tarokk, Solo Whist
Others: Hand and foot (XvX), KQJ (3v3/2v2v2), Not Alone (1vAll), Tock (2v2/2v2v2), Concept (Guessing)


For deckbuilders, I know there is Time Masters and Dragon Line but I'm missing some. You can check Seasons too which is popular and have some element of deck building, but it's not the core aspect of the game.

Romain made a nice list of Cooperatives already. If you go to games-tab, you can sort games by mechanism which might show you some more coops.

For Deckbuilding there's also Time Masters and Eminent Domain.
