This was asked multiple times already and got an answer by the game developer. In short: no, and will probably not be added.

More interesting would be if we can expect an implementation of the Advanced Faction Mats.
But I guess the answer is the same: "Buy the game instead"

Edit: I asked this in the game's bug page of BGA and got a dev answer. As expected the publisher decided to not include the Advanced Faction Mats as well.
