Looking at the bugs and suggestion page:

...it seems like there's a couple of items of work that stand between the game in its current state and Beta, but it's not a long long list, so... "maybe not too long" would be my guess, wouldn't venture anything more precise than that as a guess.

Thanks for your interest! Honestly, development has been slow as I've had to focus on other projects so this has been parked in alpha. I would like to add auto-bidding and the ability to undo turns before I move to beta, and these are two of the more complicated features, and I don't have a timeline for this just yet.

I can add more players to the alpha if you have players who are currently waiting to play it.

The BGA requirements for alpha testing are above most of the folks, since people only dug in on online gaming since COVID. If there's a way to add people so that they can get in another way, I'd love to get in on it and collect other usernames for testers too.
