Can I sending an invitation to all friends or everyone in a group?

Is it possible to send an invitation to a group of people, and simply start the game automatically when enough people have joined? For example, if I start a 4-player game, I'd like to send an invitation to all 10 of my friends. The game will start as soon as any 3 of those 10 accept the invitation?

boiteajeux.net does this, so I'd like to see this feature on BGA as well.
