How many people can play at the same IP address with a memberhsip?

I'm still a bit confused about the same IP address issue. If I want to play with my husband (2 PC's at the same IP address) and with my nephews and my sister (3 PCs at the same IP address), how many people would require a membership? Would one membership cover each end or can you only have 2 people at the same IP address?

I've read several times (but I've never tried myself) that as soon as one player is premium at a table, all limitations regarding same IP are removed at this table..So only one membership needed, apparently.

1 membership will cover everyone at the table.
